QUOTE(miuk @ Dec 5 2011, 07:46 PM) Don't need ringan crank pulley lah... waste money.... straight taruh BOT or 4B11 components.... or uncle HSK will ask u put 4B12 better still Cause I do not like to mod engine. LCP is a very minor mod that have pretty decent ROI. All those change engine etc.. I not keen de. |

QUOTE(Poadster @ Dec 5 2011, 10:23 PM) Inspirians??? Best way is to wash the car yourself... u prevent swirl marks.. as well as take good care of your rims. I wash my rims only with the same stuff i wash my car... never those strong/harsh rim cleaning chemicals. There are a few paint methods for painted rims.... the best is by dipping the entire rim into paint, let it cure dry and then paint a layer of top clear coat, which will preserve the paint finish and color for a longer time.... coz the paint coat will be thicker than hand spray painting, the second method.... If the rims shop knows what they are doing and paint the rims along with a top coat, then it will last relatively longer, and precaution must be taken so that the outside car wash shops DONT wash the rims with those abrasive chemicals they usually spray clean the rims with prior to soap and water wash.... |

QUOTE(turbocharged @ Dec 6 2011, 09:26 AM) now i fully understand the tag " smart guy gets it" Sepang run? Can kua. but stock tyres, stock suspension, stock brakes..... i think track might not be as fun as you expect..btw, i found the car very very comfortable. like camry/slyphy kind of driving( er, ironically i never sat/drove in a camry/slyphy before) though it has body rolls, but if push in corner, it handles and behaves predictably hey, lyn inspira owner, anyone tried to go sepang for a run? just to understand our car properly but in track if accident insurance no cover. |

QUOTE(turbocharged @ Dec 6 2011, 11:13 AM) you mean will be pressure by those powerful car? Its not the power.. stock very hard de... my friend's stock 350z masuk... a few laps almost over heat.. the corner also feel car heavy as hell... stocks just cannot cut it... and you wont have the confidence to push it... i dunno lah.. maybe my own personal taste.. but I usually put more importance on handling before i dare push the caror because its tough on our own car? (tyre gone, brake pad gone) or is it because of no hot chick? yea, if track is not so feasible, shah alam stadium not bad, last 2 week they got gymkhana there, the space is bigger enough and safe to drive around. |

QUOTE(Poadster @ Dec 6 2011, 12:26 PM) ECU and ETAC setting Proton cant see with naked eyes, not all SC have the OBD2 reader.... not even Sect 13... one Inspira was having ABS warning light problem, they used meter to test check electrical leak, they test drove, they pressed and pressed, and not once they brought out an OBD2 reader.... I will probably service my car at the Proton Centre of Excellence.. the one by the Kesas highway after the 3 petrol station de. Is that a good service centre to go? Its convenient for me cause on my way home...Moreover, ECU can be reverted to ori setting prior to warranty claims too.... Thus the ECU remap is more safer than something that can be seen during warranty claim.... Anyway, the warranty issue is mainly up to the SC and the claims officer to approve, much depends on your rapport and luck too.... know Proton la.... Added on December 6, 2011, 12:34 pm QUOTE(Poadster @ Dec 6 2011, 12:32 PM) Can run la..... drive gungho till reach corner 5, then realise brakes not hot enuff.... balls shrink.... then after realise suspension not hard enuff and have to take corners slower.... and then realise other cars can go much faster and take corner speedier.... and finally pull into pit after 3 laps coz brakes tak makan and need to find balls when realised brakes tak makan..... LOL... after all that... go home 1 week kkc tak boleh naik.. feel manhood kena cut leIts still fun to talk about the corners, then slips, the brake tak makan AND the feel of being smoked.... while in the pits....
