Just went to see the development of the property yesterday. How come need to turn one big round to reach the apartment? Initially thought can go through the residential area to reach to the front of the construction site, but it was gated. Will it be opened after the apartment fully constructed?

1250ft2, SPA price is rm300k before 10% rebate.

Intend to sell after VP is RM 360k or rental rm1200 per month.

or Sell after the completion of MRT line 1 in year 2017 for RM 450k.

Cant fetch high due too no swimming pool or gym. But can save me on maintenance fee and sinking fund.

Peri Gor, do u plan to reno? The price for 450k is partly furnished price? hmm.gif

Dear all taikos, so upon completion of this project until getting tenant to rent my unit, do I still need to pay anything? First time buyer here and I'm not sure about the expenses that might be incurred. Appreciate for your comment or advice, if any.

Weird thing happened to my unit.

My contractor told me that my unit does not have electricity supply. I recalled that I received SMS from TNB informing my account has outstanding of RM18++, I thought TNB cut the electricity supply due to payment overdue. But after checked with TNB, my account status is active. WTF?

So I gave developer a call, and the developer gave me the handphone number of the site manager. (I thought they should sort it out for me?!)

Contacted the site manager and I was told that my unit DON'T HAVE meter? Huh?! The site manager then said he need to contact developer to check.

Today I called to follow up with the developer 3 times from morning until afternoon, the person in charged told me the same thing that she need to refer to the boss, but the boss not in yet. (Your boss no handphone meh?) Guess the boss didnt come in today and at the end, my case still status quo.

Frustrated.

Not to curse but just wonder anybody face the same problem like mine? Or my luck is just real bad. sad.gif

I've done checking when I collected the key, it was there during that time.

There are about 60 meters in the TNB meter room, only my meter got stolen, why just me??

2 days ago (Monday afternoon), the site manager opened the tnb meter room door for me to check, really only my unit is missing. sad.gif The site manager told me that they will make police report and will fix my meter in 10 days. But when I check with TNB, they say only need 2 days if police report is submitted. What the... On the same day at 5pm, developer called me again and ask me to report police by myself, becoz that house is under my name. I feel like throwing all the vulgar words that I know to the developer. What the hell, the tnb meter is not inside my house but is inside the tnb meter room near the lift, I thought the guard they hired should safeguard the properties within the building? Now things got stolen, isnt it their responsibility to fix it including reporting police case?

Damn sien dealing with the developer. At the end I also went to report by myself. Police report submitted to them hope they really help fix my meter asap. Becoz of this incident, my contractor need to stop the renovation, and the tenant who has paid deposit to my agent also cabut. Can I sue the developer for the losses that I suffered?
