I move in during December 2014 and can consider as one of the few earlier residence here. I occupy the lower floors in block A. Since January the void deck in my unit has rubbish and food dump there daily by the upper residence.

I've study the other void decks and the rest is decently clean (only occasionally few paper and cigarette buds.

I have also contacted management office several times and they gave the answer is: need to catch the culprit before action can be taken. Well until now the problem didnt solve so I guess they didnt catch anyone. I approach the office several times and each time the maintenance manager gave me the same answer. Each time I made a complaint, the management would just ask the cleaner to clean the place up.

I gave up and contacted the developer since the maintenance is still being run by the developer. Then, the developer also gave me the same reply. I told her about the smell and flies that was there after food was dump. And also advice her on why didnt the take proactive action such as putting up notices or go door to door and advice the residents in the upper floor? Hey, I cannot be telling them what to do right? They are long establish developer (part of Cheras Hong Soon) but I find that their respond is not to good.

I am out of my wits now. Can someone advice me how to resolve the food and rubbish dumping issue?

We should actually consider setting up committee soon if we are owner occupying the property. Is due soon anyway.

Well, seriously I dont know who trow. But I think I prefer to live in a clean and nice apartment.
I hope the management or somebody can do something to inform the upstairs residence not to trow rubbish anymore.

Yes. I also saw it yesterday. The owners age 31 & 28 only. Charge to Alliance Bank.

Sometimes this people are property agents or bank marketing staffs. They book 1 or 2 units under their names hoping to sell when price is higher. But luck isnt always good. So maybe cant sell, then get caught in bankruptcy.

If the S&P price is lower than the bidding price, they maybe spared from bankruptcy. So not really must be a bankrupt after this.

During JMC, I also would hope our Muslims friends here can help in addressing pets being kept by residence also. I believe is a no no for high rise residences.

No pets, is is already stipulated in the SPA. Somehow people always think rules are for others and doesn"t apply to them.

Finally after whining for 4 month, can say 95% of my unit defects settled... I hope for permanent... haha

You should contact Ms May from the Suria Land first. Next go to management office, look for a malay guy or the property manager and report it. Mind you, the contractor that came to my unit last time main tikam tikam on solutions. So you need to be firm and tell them you wait it fix thoroughly once and for all or else you may be drag like my case up to 4 month.

According to Ah Pek, there will be a new malay guy to jaga the property. His job is to clamp illegal parking and other property management issues. Supposing to start after raya. Declamp cost RM50.

Also heard that during raya a unit in Block A level 5 got theft case while the owner on holiday.

May I know anyone got any friends who are well verse in building bylaws? My water leaking defects doesnt seem to be better. Each time the developer come and fix, it just get worse. Wonder what can I do? I really want the developer to fix the upper unit where the source of the problem is rather than digging holes on my walls. As to date there are 21 pins on my ceiling to block those leaks
