i think the developer will still very kind for u to take over the original price. means 10% rebate.

If u may, pls survey the area in BMC. u will noticed about new 500 units shop offices either still in last phase construction or pending VP.
I dunno why BMC suddenly become a commercial hub but its a very good area for makan makan.

Everyone complaining BMC is lack because of the bottle neck traffic at batu 9. Hey, if recall back, 4 years ago, BMC and sg long only access to KL is at balakong there. We are expecting another round of traffic relief for BMC.

Im very positive with BMC. BTW, Suria Residence is so called "luxury apartment" where u can still find prop using clay brick and 11' height ceiling nowaday at less than rm250k? and built up is more than 1200ft2.

Why pay unnecessary high maintenance fee and sinking fund for swimming pool and gym? where this can lowered your monthly commitment but not sacrificing basic need like security and cleanliness

Last monday i go still hv block B,1st floor no 4. Dunno any other unit left after tis.
I din take tat unit coz 1st floor juz above the car park, too noisy, somemore no 4....

the noise level at 1st floor and 9th floor is the same. Nyamuk and flies also manage to enter even 9th floor.

Im living at 15th floor, no flies no mosquito no kids yelling.

haiz, the day i go visited the sales gallery, the new launched Natur Apartment also same price with this.

So u think Natur is better or this Suria residence is better?

not as many as 500shops lah...max 250 units...but those shops facade really thumbup.gif , especially the one besides jusco...full red bricks for shop, super high ceiling think 13-14 fts net clearance...full glass facade like building houses

bro, i means 500 units is not like 500 lots. 1 lot maybe got 2 or 3 storey, then means 2 to 3 unit redi.

i think jaya jusco there got 200 units going to VP and opposite nissan show room there got 300 unit under construction
