My brother just bought a new Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 last weekend.
When he checked the e-warranty, the warranty period almost over (Apr 7 2014 - Apr 6, 2015).
He went back to the shop to check on this, the seller said they have to activate the e-warranty in order for them to claim incentive and reach target.
Can they do that? Is it normal practice for seller from Low Yat to do this...
They only provide shop warranty.
