Hello Mayalab,

Could you kindly provide me with the following information for H7 bulbs (KIA Forte):

1) BRAND - Model - Colour Temp (ranging from 3850K~4200K) - Life-span/Hours - Price
2) Using your recommended list of Brands & Models above, kindly rank the bulbs in order of:
2.1> Light-Throw/Beam-Distance
2.2> Brightness (you may neglect this if the Kelvin range mentioned is already indicative of bulb brightness).

3) Do please also mention which bulb burns hottest if you have the info (as I'd like to avoid having my headlamp housing burnt/melt away due to the bulbs).

Much appreciated and I'll be looking forward to dealing with you smile.gif

*Reason that I'm looking for Colour Temp ranging from 3850K~4200K is to comply with JPJ rulings and more importantly, to avoid having any difficulties whilst driving under rainy/foggy conditions nod.gif

Osram Night Breaker Unlimited 3700K
Philips X-treme Vision +100% 3350K
Philips X-treme Vision +130% 3700K
Philips Crystal Vision 4300K
Philips Diamond Vision 5000K

I afraid i don't have any bulb in 3850K-4200K. The range is too narrow.

Okay, following your info above, please advice:

OSRAM Night Breaker Unlimited 3700K vs PHILIPS X-treme Vision +130 3700K vs OSRAM Cool Blue Intense 4200K vs PHILIPS Crystal Vision 4300K

Out of these 4 types,

a) Which has the longest Light-Cone (throw)?
b) Long lasting/durable (assuming that no other factors involved)?
c) Burns/Operates at the lowest temperature?

Thank you.
Pls do advise the Business Hours & Address (preferably searchable using Waze) of your PJ outlet.

Thank you.

Hi Marc,

Recurring customer here.

Quick q; referring to the above comparison chart I recalled you mentioning PHILIPS X-treme Vision +130 as having the longest Light Throw and Brightness (not Whiteness).

So now, with the new OSRAM Night Breaker Laser and PHILIPS Racing Vision +150 models, can you pls let me know how does these 2 models compare to the old models which I've mentioned above?
Do please mention the 2 new models' burning temp/Kelvin range as well in your reply on the comparison chart.

Additionally, is the OSRAM HID Conversion Kit a plug & play kit (compatible with H7 sockets)?
Or does it require any additional relays or wirings to be added (besides the items provided in the kit)?

Thanks.

Both Philips Racing Vision and Osram Night Breaker Laser should be slightly brighter than X-treme Vision Plus, but the brightness offered by X-treme Vision Plus is actually more than sufficient. It is difficult to tell the difference apart with just naked eyes.

All the 3 models have the same colour temperature, which is 3700K. Yellowish with slight white tint.

The Osram Xenarc HID Conversion Kit is a full complete set. You don't need anything else to be added for the installation. However, professional installation from experienced mechanic is much preferred, especially for those who are relatively new to DIY.

Hope it helps. Thanks.

Great!

May I assume that the PHILIPS X-treme Vision +130 still comes with a matching pair of W5W bulbs?
