bro, looking for H11 for honda city, no humming sound and pure white with no blue hint? which you recommend? output like LED

what is T10 pole light for? like where is it used in headlight assembly. sorry. as far as i know only have signal, low beam high beam.

what would you recommend for CIVIC 1.8 year 2018 headlight? Pure white (close to LED), what kind of fitting? H11? and honda city 2017 license plate is t10? thanks
