I don't have Osram Cool Blue Intense in HB4. Diamond Vision is not legal.
4200K - Yellowish white
5000K - White

Twinpack/Duobox mean 2 bulbs (a pair) in a box, bot 4 bulbs.
Blisterpacks just the same, 2 bulbs as well, just the packaging is paper card instead of plastic case.

Osram Cool Blue Intense is not the brighter than the other two. Osram Night Breaker Unlimited is the brightest here. Osram Cool Blue Intense and Philips Blue Vision Ultra are pretty much the same. Thanks.

hye... looking for brighter halogen bulb for my honda city 2012... I dunt know much for the bulb.. does legal n pass the jpj requirement? can u suggest sumthing for my low beam, high beam n fog light... tq

High & low beam - Just a pair of H4 will do.
Fog light - H11

All are legal, except for Osram Cool Blue Hyper and Philips Diamond Vision. Thanks.
