Both similar actually. Not much difference.
If you have budget Philips Racing Vision is a better buy.

Both Philips Racing Vision and Osram Night Breaker Laser should be slightly brighter than X-treme Vision Plus, but the brightness offered by X-treme Vision Plus is actually more than sufficient. It is difficult to tell the difference apart with just naked eyes.

All the 3 models have the same colour temperature, which is 3700K. Yellowish with slight white tint.

The Osram Xenarc HID Conversion Kit is a full complete set. You don't need anything else to be added for the installation. However, professional installation from experienced mechanic is much preferred, especially for those who are relatively new to DIY.

X-treme Vision does not come with W5W. Only Crystal Vision offers that. Thanks.

Sorry we don't carry H9. It is pretty rare on the market.
If you really can't find it on the market then i afraid you have to go back to Tan Chong.
H11 might fit but it is dimmer than H9. Thanks.

It is sky white, won't be blue. Similar colour to those DRL light.

Headlight is on H4, but i have no info on fog light size. Likely it is on H3 or H11 for fog light.

For H4:
Osram Night Breaker Unlimited H4 + Free 6000K LED T10 - RM110/pair
This one is the best buy item. Osram LED T10 alone costs more than RM50 on the market.

If budget is not a concern you can consider Philips Racing Vision +150% H4 - RM150/pair
