Theoretically anything >5000K is considered as not road legal for halogen bulbs.

Osram Night Breaker Unlimited only comes in one colour, which is 3700K. It does not come in multiple colour option.
For 4300K you can consider Philips Crystal Vision H11, RM160/pair. Thanks.
