Anything more than 4300K is considered as not road legal.Osram Cool Blue Intense is 4200K, yellowish white (not bluish). Osram Cool Blue Hyper is 5000K, pure white same as Philips Diamond Vision. For bluish you need to get something around 6000K (which is illegal as well). FYI, Philips and Osram do not produce anything >5000K. Thanks. |
