I don't have Osram Cool Blue Intense in HB4. Diamond Vision is not legal.
4200K - Yellowish white
5000K - White

Twinpack/Duobox mean 2 bulbs (a pair) in a box, bot 4 bulbs.
Blisterpacks just the same, 2 bulbs as well, just the packaging is paper card instead of plastic case.

Osram Cool Blue Intense is not the brighter than the other two. Osram Night Breaker Unlimited is the brightest here. Osram Cool Blue Intense and Philips Blue Vision Ultra are pretty much the same. Thanks.

There is no so called brightest and whitest bulb. Both properties can't co-exist together at any one time. White light can't be bright, and bright light can't be white.

Whitest bulbs should be Philips Diamond Vision / Osram Cool Blue Hyper
Brightest bulbs should be Philips X-treme Vision / Osram Night Breaker Unlimited
