All performance bulbs have shorter lifespan actually. If lifespan is your main concern, it is best to stick to original stock bulb. They are dim but cheap.

Laser is brighter than Crystal Vision. Crystal Vision is slightly whiter in comparison.

We have Osram Night Breaker Unlimited H11, RM145/pair.

Theoretically 5000K is not road legal. However, such rule is hardly enforced, so it is pretty safe.

Yup usually it is T10 for license plate, Osram LED T10 6700K - RM50/pair.
