Battlefield 3 Please help, Cant launch multiplayer

Actually if you computer don't have Battlelog web plugin and when you access to Battlelog, the menu suppose prompt and ask you to download the plugin. Have you try any other browser like Chrome and Firefox? |

Prevly when i installed The menu appear but after reformat the menu dont appear and it didnt prompt me to install web plugin.
