The best formation right now is 4-2-3-1. I think with Romeu and Meireless/Ramires as defensive, we need another left winger and Mata as AMC and Sturidge as right winger. Torres upfront. This is really suit well with Chelsea.
Hoping AVB can get new RB,and Left Winger during January transfer window |

QUOTE(HumbleCMY @ Jan 1 2012, 12:56 AM) Before this not really AVB's fault, but today I have to admit AVB might had done it wrong. That's what I want to say before. You are the manager, you responsible to guide your players, gave motivation for them, make them hungry when enter the pitch but seem he doing nothing to change that.Half time never motivate players to come out play better? To be fair, second half we not too bad, but that silly goal conceeded really.... |

QUOTE(nanamiwashio @ Jan 1 2012, 01:30 AM) excuse me if u will, AVB is just using the same set of players that he had last season. He using the same set of players because he really CONFIDENCE that he still can get the best from this set of players. Now his confidence backfires him kaw kaw. From the first day he joined Chelsea, he always said he believe his current squad, age not an issues. So, why he failed at the moment? From last season, we as Chelsea fans believe, Lampard, Terry, Drogba already past their best.not that i remind we won much that time. and since mouriho era, i think Juan Mata had been the best signing for CFC itself so far.. try to figure out those managers after JM..any great signing? yes? no.. i mean EXCELLENT signing. |

He is too young for this job. This is not PRIMERA LIGA of PORTUGAL plus he managing Chelsea which always sack their manager. With Hiddink without a job, I think only matter of times, Roman will pull the trigger. IF Mourinho that can bring titles can be sack, even CA bring the double in his first season also facing the same fate, I dont think Roman can accept current situation at Chelsea right now.

Chelsea need winger like Robben,Duff,Joe Cole and it will suit 4-3-3 formation. Adam Johnson, Eden Hazard, Kevin de Bruyne, maybe will add flair to this team.

When Chelsea hired AVB, we as Chelsea fans really excited and cant wait to see the magic that he will installed in Chelsea. His resume really excellent. First season with Porto, already won treble. We really hope he can follow the same ways that Mourinho done at Chelsea. From start, he keep using Josh in his lineup during friendly, bought very promising youngsters like Lukaku, Courtois. Give Shalobah, Bertrand during pre season. We expect this is the years for rebuilding process plus maybe AVB is the answers for stability that we hope before because he young and look have a bright future.
Then he signed Romeu,Mata,Meireless and promised to Chelsea fans that he will using attacking approach in Chelsea game and with 4-3-3 his preferred formation, it hard for him to avoid comparison with JM. But after 5 month at Chelsea, suddenly the road map for rebuilding gone and he looked lost from the direction that he set. Still having problem with higher line defends, still cannot pick his no 1 strikers, still confused the best his 1st eleven. He know that his 4-3-3 formation not suit with his current squad because we dont have so many flair in the team right now. Only Mata n Sturidge can bring element of magic n surprised but his stubbornness seem backfires him at the moment. 5 month in charged, I think only a few times we played best football. Others than that, we really struggles at HOME n AWAY and only twice have the clean sheet this season and currently too depending on MATA n STURIDDGE. Thats really not a good sign because this is Chelsea not Arsenal which can still accept their manager even 7 years without any trophy. Surprisingly Arsenal above us in the table with the players that they have. Are their team better than ours? I dont think so. Look at Spurs. After beaten 5-1 at home to Man City, Harry need just two signings to turn the things around and they totally different team right now. MU without proper midfield, still at no 2 in BPL. Right now, I dont think AVB is the right man for Chelsea. Yes, we need stability but with competition for CL spot really tight this season, and with our current form really bad, we need something drastic to be made sooner rather than later. If Chelsea stick with AVB, I really hopes he using January transfer window as a platform for him to prove himself and regain his credibility back. |

QUOTE(chitchat @ Jan 1 2012, 06:16 PM) I understand that bro, i did not demand AVB to win trophies first season but at least he need to show his progress of work, he need to make CHELSEA play good football not like what we saw on the pitch now. We cannot blindly defend AVB and blame everything on the old agey squad, yesterday line up is not old, we have not much choice on the back 4 due to injury but that is still a good back 4, then we have RAMIRES, STURRIDGE not forget ROMEU, MEIRELES, MATA that he bought this season, lastly DROGBA and FERREIRA which is the only old agey player but is still AVB choice that he pick them over TORRES and BOSINGWA. This teamsheet definitely not old, this teamsheet definitely better than ASTON VILLA that manage to beat us. Yes we lost yesterday due to 2 player mistake but that is not my main concern, the main concern is the team play badly for string of games already. +1...I like you comment and the previous one.. Really spot on. |
