we already made our move (bolton edi accepted transfer fees)..now up to Cahill himself whether can accept things like salary, career advancement, ch league footbal etc at the same time must not fall into the 'trap' easily.

Added on January 5, 2012, 6:34 amMUST NOT drop points (league) until match vs Norwich (21st Jan) coz 22nd Top 5 teams are up against each other(22nd City Vs Spurs, Arsenal vs MU) so few teams will drop more points there.
*
Cahill demanding 100k/week salary, that's one issue that make his transfer half-hanging.. Chelsea has a billionaire running the club, so Cahill wants to get as much $$ as he can, and that shows one thing about him, he joins Chelsea for $$ - not the pride nor the glory.

West Ham United used to be a great 'nursery' for top top players, Lampard and Joe Cole were from there, perhaps there's a player there which we could get? laugh.gif Scott Parker, former Chelsea man turned Hammers and now Spurs rock solid defensive midfielder..oh wai..

IMO avb should sign defender..1 RB, 2 LB and 1 CB.

because now seems only cole at LB position, david luiz byk sgt loose ball..nak harapkan terry sorg last man tak boleh jgk..terry also sometimes go up when set piece or corner..right back bosingwa is awesome, but need replace his place sometimes..takkan semua game dia nk main kn? mati laa nak~

midfield and striker enough already..should put them in the right position..lampard + meireles they both are attacking midfielder..kalau letak sekali jarang nk menjadi..mata even he's in left midfield,he also sometimes like to be center midfield.LOL~ (sry, this is just my opinion..if u all disagree i dun mind)

striker, torres really2 need to form..it's nice if can see drogba and torres play together..btw this is my recommended position..just for fun only..cheers. icon_rolleyes.gif

(4-1-2-1-2)
GK - Cech
RB - Bosingwa
CB - Terry
CB - Ivanovic
LB - A.Cole
DM - Romeu
LM - Malouda
CM - Lampard
RM - Mata
CF - Drogba
CF - Torres

* can put 1 striker and replace with meireles also good.. biggrin.gif
*
English LB - Leighton Baines (Everton)!!! thumbup.gif
English CB - Ryan Shawcross(Stoke) smile.gif

err..this is just my opinion..i think malouda can play wide side rather than ramires..malouda punya cross cun jugak woo..  rclxm9.gif
yes..good additional if comes to stamford bridge..tapi dgn player yg sedia ada, kita try formation mana yg the best.. biggrin.gif  thumbup.gif

LoL, IMO.. if we like to play up high, midfield should be packed - thus I would go for 3-1-4-2

lol, Cahill to Chelsea or Spurs is no brainer for him.

Since Cahill want 100k per week, Spurs won't give that to him.

Spurs' wage cap is 90k I think, that's why can't offer new contract to Modric or make Adebayor's contract permanent.
*
and most definitely spurs won't even pay up to the 90k/week laugh.gif

I never watch Alan Dzagoev before. But I have him in my FM team. He's superior highly rated in FM.
Sometimes I wonder, does FM really influence the market so much?
There are reports saying Hamsik is open to us too, he will cost a lot for sure, but worth or not?

My wish list(according to the order),
a)Gary Cahill
b)Mountinho
c)Right back
d)Hazard? Who knows. But we need a left wing too.

I still think that AVB midfield is missing the Moutinho puzzle, hope AVB himself can understand what to do with the outshaped midfield.
*
oh! wishlists.. i want to share mine too..hehe happy.gif

#1. Leighton Baines!! (Leftback,Everton)
#2. Nocerino (Midfield, AC Milan)
#3. Sidney Sam (Winger, Bayer Leverkusen)
#4. Valencia's Soldado (Forward) happy.gif

why is gary cahill playing some hard balls right now? if he wants more money, maybe we should find another candidate. don't be too greedy please...
*
+1
I'm sure he's using this opportunity to pocket as much as he can in terms of wages as opportunities like this(to join uber richWEALTHY-club) don't come by so often for an English player of his quality. Take for example Andy Carroll at Liverpool... before he went to Anfield, he was a Newcastle hero.. and now.. flop flop floppy flop..but earns uber high wages and not to mention the "highest paid transfer fee for an English player" tag..

it is realistic to sign hazard but maybe in the summer, not right now. if we can get de bruyne right now, that would be ideal...
*
Agreed..and Hazard would be a much bigger bomb than Cahill since so many clubs are also after Hazard

Spanish players..they USED to flourish at Liverpool under the guidance of Benitez happy.gif

It seemed to look a lot like this when I first got interested in the EPL.

MU - English Team
Arsenal - French
Liverpool - Spanish
Chelsea - Potugese

LoL happy.gif

how about LB? we officially only got ashley cole..

Yeah, this +1 !
If he were to get injured or get some lengthy suspension.. currently no one's up to par to fill up his place at LB.. so we must go Everton and shopping, get Baines!! Hurrah!! flex.gif

its a good time to start watching those french league highlights soon. hope kakuta becomes a weekly feature!  rclxm9.gif

i really wonder about those didier rumours...shenhua seem so sure of themselves. there just might be some drastic changes in january and lukaku might suddenly find himself thrust into the limelight. maybe we're gathering funds for a big signinghmm.gif
*
least likely .. so far we've not sold anyone, Anelka left for free sad.gif
but I believe that there'll be a player or two join the blue army..not big name ones of course.. maybe a player which AvB has been eyeing since his tenure at Porto..mm..

AVB will be buying who on this January trasfer windows?
Google some and found out few rumours news as follows:-
Central Defender -  Igor Lichnovsky (17) from  Universidad de Chile - Unknown
Left Wing Attacking - Lucas Ocampos (17) from  River Plate’s - £8 millions
Right Midfielder - Milos Krasic (27) from Juventus - Loan
Defensive Central Midfielder - Jack Rodwell (20) from Everton - £8 Millions
Attacking Midfielder - Kevin de Bruyne (20) from Genk - £8 Millions
Attacking Midfielder - William (23) from Skakhtar Donetsk - £29 millions
Attacking Midfielder - Mario Goetze (19) from Borussia Dortmund - £33 Millions
Attacking Midfielder -  Angel Di Maria (23) from Real Madrid - £35 Millions
Striker -  Stevan Jovetic (22) from Fiorentina - Unknown
Striker - Edinson Cavani (24) from Napoli - £38 Millions
Striker - Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior (20) from Santos - £50 Millions
*
Neymar, Di Maria, Goetze and Rodwell.. confirm 100% not coming to the Bridge, at least not in a TrueBlue jersey.. Neymar has been on a lot of rumours but going nowhere, Di Maria is under Mourinho and pushing for the Spanish title this season - no way he's leaving Madrid, Goetze 100% won't be joining us and Rodwell, he is #1 choice at Everton, if he come to Chelsea, become back-up..he will not come.
