How long do you clean your tank? Water change at 20% weekly correct?
*
Depends the size of the tank and the amount of food u feed to the fish. If it is a jar, u can water change everyday.

It is a 3 gallon glass tank. It has been a week since my betta is in there, and I haven't changed the water yet. I noticed some bubbles on the water, near the edges. 6-7 pellets, twice a day. The water is not dirty. I have just bought the Attison's Betta Pro food for him as well.

Hi, I just bought a betta yesterday for my kid (actually more for me as the kid is only 4) in a 1.25L aquarium. He started blowing bubbles today just after a night. Is this normal? What should I do with the bubbles?

Just leave it. Its a sign that your betta is happy, healthy and looking for a mate.

My betta looks like is shedding an invisible skin ... don't think this is normal and he hasn't been bubble blowing like usual. This only happened today, is it an infection?

Hi guys,

I am planning to have 2 betta fish in my sump tank of course different compartments.
Does it help in consuming the larvae from the mosquitoes?

How much would it be at the current market price for a decent ones nowadays??

Thanks.

How about their lifespan?
Do I need to feed them something else because if I place them in my sump tank then the larvae will be very limited right?

Hi guys,

I tried putting a betta in my sump tank where the pump is, but they won't survive.
Is it due to the suction pressure by the pump??
How do I prevent larvae in my sump tank especially he pump section??
