No matter how i look at it, he will sell all his games in a bulk for Rm60 each.

You bought his games for Rm60 for the 25 games, so in principal, you must get the rest of the games that he's selling too. No?

if not why would he be selling RM60 per game to you in the first place

both of you clearly have miscommunication here and both of you are better off meetup and sort this out
