well ts, for my opinion, i think u r at fault for the problem, firstly, the seller frog yes he was guilty for nt informing u on the EOJ acc thing, but he tried to resolve the issue by offering u an exchange n give u discount on future purchases which u had agreed beforehand........

u had agreed beforehand to purchase all the first, second n third bulks frm him ...........n the seller also kept his promise by reserving those titles for u at a cheap price, but midway thru the deal, u suddenly say the games nt interesting n u already hav it n u dun wan buy anymore............so whos fault is dis nw?? frog agreed to reserve those games for u, he might be able to sell off those games instead of reserving it for u n since u agreed to buy it, he reserved it for u, n bcos u suddenly bailed out, he had lost alot of business here........

n u say u already hav some games that the seller listed for the 2nd bulk, but if u already hav those games, why would u still agree to buy the 2nd bulk beforehand?? u could just tell the seller which bulk of games u wan at first when he sent u the list on the very first day of the deal itself......its ur fault for nt checking properly which game u already hav n din hav......... n when the seller agrees to reserve all the games u initially agreed to buy, n reserved it for u, then u sudenly say u dun wan sum games frm the 2nd bulk n wan cancel the deal, is dis fair to the seller?? dun say frog, if its any seller out thr, they wil also feel very angry wif ur actions,

i c it more like u actualy oni wan the first 25 games, but u wan buy it cheaply, so u tell the seller u wan buy all.......n get a big discount, then when u got the 25 games, u suddenly dun wan buy anymore n cancelled the rest of the deal.........

pls look at the pics again, ts clearly stated n agreed to buy the rest of the games at a later date...........n ts shuld hav understand that he must buy all the titles to b offered dat kind of price...........its clearly stated at seller's thread,

n wat ts is doin nw is to get the first 25 games(the games he interested in) at rm60 per title while its clearly stated by the seller that oni rm60 will b offered if buyer buy all the titles available............ts is clearly cheatin the seller here.......

wat u say is u agreed to buy all the games at rm60 each, but u oni cn withdraw rm1.5k on dat day, so u take 25 games first n ask the seller to deliver it to u immediately, n when the seller asked u if u stil will buy the remaining 34 games cos rm60 is the price he gave if u buy all 54 titles, u clearly said yes n when he double comfirm wif u again u again said yes u will buy the remaining games at a later date............

well.......after seeing those pics again, this is juz a big misunderstanding ,

ts, u actualy wanted to buy oni 28 games at first, n u wanted to buy 25 games first n immediately bcos u hav limit, n u told seller u wan buy 2 or 3 more after dat, but seller din get dat sentence, instead seller asked u if u wan the remaining 34 games, but in fact u jz wan 2 or 3 more games, but u din clarify it to the seller n misquote it as u wan the remaining 34 games, n the seller assumes u wan the remaining 34 games, n when the seller double comfirm wif u wether u wan the remaining 34 games, u again tell him 'yes' but actualy u oni wanted to tell him u wan 2 or 3 more games out of the 34 games..........

so the seller reserved all 34 games for u n removed it off his thread...............

dis is jz a big misunderstanding, but dun blame the seller, cos he hav every right to be angry since he reserved it for u..........

the seller is partly wrong for nt getting ur sentence, but u r oso wrong cos u din clarify it wif him even when he asked u the second time.........

so nex time when u deal, pls read every terms n sentence corectly........dun leave out anything.......

orait, so anoter pic appears, u shuld put dis as the first pic on the first page...............

so here clearly ts is wrong for telling u he wan everything........(he shuld hav said he jz wan 28 of them)

n he din mention properly he oni wants anoter 2 or 3 more games after the first 25 purchase in the nex pic.........

n he oso din clarify wif u wether he wan the remaining 34 games or oni 2 or 3 games out of the 34 games.....

but seller u forgive ts ba, since he's jz a kid, mayb he's stil nt mature enuf to deal......

clearly ts is the wan who is wrong here, assuming 28 as 'everything'........... n din clarify it after dat, causing seller to lose alot of business,

perhaps thousands of ringgits, n those few bad words cn redeem the loss for seller?? seller is already gud enuf to forgive ts for his mistakes..........
