been using 400r since august last year. really loved this casing because of its rarity. when all people around me been using CM and i told them i use corsair they go huh and show i-only-know-CM face.

on negative comment is why corsair use the long screw to fit the fan? the screw is too loose to fit inside the round rubber on upper and side of the case and not the correct size to fit in fan screw part.

Some of the screws were inadvertently left out of the box on some early shipments. If you contact our customer support we'll send you some free screws.

bought the case last year. can corsair malaysia help me with the screw?

one complaint thought, i can't seem to be able to munt 120 mm fan at the top of the intake since the screws were unable to hold the fan.
right now only be able to hold the fan using cable tight only.
same problem with 400r casing. the screws provided are not compatible with 120mm fan.. i bought 3 F12 to put on top and side yet the screw were unable to fit properly.need to use a tape hold it. sometime the tape loose and the fan on top fall into my CPU heat sink. sad.gif

hope corsair malaysia could provide the screws or at least tell us what kind of screw to fit.

The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because it lacks additional fan screws for the case. While they are listed on the sheet, you actually get some long screws that you can't use for much other than a heatsink radiator. This is not just with my case, but every person who purchases it comments on it.

They are slightly non-standard case fan screws in that they have larger heads. They have these because there are rubber grommets in the case fan screw holes to prevent noise from shaking, but standard fan screws will slip right through.

You can get replacements shipped out for free from Corsair in theory, but others have commented that the accessory box contains the same pieces as the original (therefore lacking the proper screws).

Corsair sent me the required screws after I open a ticket on their support page. Even though Malaysia is not in their shipping list, they still send the screws free of charge.

They sent all the thing inside the small box containing all the required screws and USB 3.0 wire when all I need is just a screws.

just go open a ticket at their support page. they didn't even ask for any serial no or anything. I just put where and when I bought the casing.
