That fan is for pull out the hot air inside the case one lol..U sure u wanna push dust filter on it ?

if u insists maybe can try those plastic netting or which can be found from Acehardware is actually count by meters then u can get those and get some pin to hold it on the place 

try to get those with more wider holes which won't block the hot air from coming out 

something like this: (found on my 600T front panel dust filter)
