Just went to Maxis KL Sentral, don have any model available . I'm just so bad luck ?

Start que at 9.45am and get my phone at 12pm... the staff there is really slow and only 3 counter available And i found one thing very fishy, the sales person told me NO 1 to 1 exchange, even you open on the spot your device got any problem, they wont offer 1 to 1 change but will only help us to send to apple for warranty.
