With the confirmation letter to the KLCC, does it mean it is a guarantee to get  one i4s phone?

hey guys there, my fren plans to get the new iphone ivalue plan from maxis, but he wants only the plan, but iphone will be sold to me..so basically if i m a hotlink prepaid user, izit available that i apply my sim card on that new iphone 4s? is the phone tied wif the plan?

thinking of getting iValue 100 with iphone 5 32 gb,what is the total upfront payment?

Will there be additional charges once over use of subsequent data? I am reading http://maxis.com.my/personal/iphone/rates.asp

Data included in iValue Plans applies to local mobile Internet usage only and excludes SMS, MMS, and other subscription based services. The maximum charge for local usage is up to RM250. Charges of RM0.30/1MB will apply for subsequent data usage. While roaming overseas, the prevailing data roaming charges will apply.

Can anyone clarify it? Thanks.
