Hi All,

For those of you whose phone is still not usable, chances are that your NanoSIM is still not activate [meaning your current SIM card is still usable]. Just call 123 to get them to activate as mentioned and advised by @puteraX2020.

I had no issues with mine, thankfully.

@chaon,
There are many plans available; U choose the most suitable plan according to your usage.

@dont8cum,
1000 minutes & 1000 SMS; that's from iValue 1?

@Eguy1314,
MEPs would have it; I managed to get one from the Maxis dealer outlet at 1Utama.

@hawnauk,
You can still have family lines supped under your plan. That's the plan I'm currently on.

@harryfoo,
Yes - then u can choose whether U want a 1 or 2 year contract. Generally, this means you be signing up with Maxis as a brand new customer

@JY.
I think perhaps the staff gave you the wrong information. The 1,000 minutes is part of the plan.

@Eguy1314,
Oh.. am not sure about that; perhaps they're giving preference to post-paid customers first. The 2 SIM cards I changed over were for post-paid lines hence I had no issues; only had to pay RM25 for it.

@yhtan
I'm an MOC and Maxis is not offering this additional 1 year to me despite me signing on a 2 year plan.

@bosco1314,
This was something they were offering in the past. I enquired about it this time round but was told only 1 year warranty. They didn't tell me there's an additional year for MOC cause I am an MOC member.

@vexus
Yeah I think that's an issue cause I have the same problem; I guess Apple will fix it in their next software update

@Chinoz,
If you got a NanoSIM on the weekend of the launch at CapSquare, it means the NanoSIM is free - this is if you signed on a plan then; if not you won't be given a NanoSIM at CapSquare so you shouldn't be paying for it.

@sperm,
Track it on your own using Settings

@Hafidin1,
I think what he meant is that he cut his existing SIM into a NanoSIM as a temporary solution biggrin.gif

@rroflyc,
Am not sure what the policy is but they told me there's a RM25 charge. I need the SIM anyways so I said OK but the fella said since I've been a long time member and it's the first time I'm changing SIMs, to call 123 and ask them to waive it; perhaps you can do that too?

PS: Call to get it waived only when you get your bill.
