i saw RM30 commitment fee.

the commitment is not bundle with free call and sms right?

hi im a new maxis postpaid user jz switchin from prepaid...i took the "talk more" plan for rm 28 and rm 38- 500mb data usage plan. yesterday i registered an online account wit maxis on their site..tonite when i check my unbilled usage at around 2am, guess what the amount is..rm 740++...i panicked and think there must be some issue and just before i wanted to call 123 and make noise, i relogin and found that my unbilled usage became rm 49.10..zzzz .. i breathe a sigh of relief..after much thoughts, still this rm 49.10 doesn't make sense as 200 mins and 100 sms is given for this talk more plan..and i made wut, 3 calls in the past day?

another thing is, i've been reading up on alot of ppl complaining about maxis overcharged on the net..and came to this blog about this user getting charged rm 120+ for data usage while she is using wifi most of the time..she complained to maxis  and they said that her edge/gprs/airplane mode whateva shit is not turned off so when wifi got dced the gprs /edge will take over or something like that..

my question is how do i completely turn off these data plans when i'm on wifi as i somehow expect this kinda thing will happen to me, as it has happen to so many ppl..i turned off celular data plan and 3g..is that enuff??
sorry for being so longwinded, im basically dumb in using a smartphone.

btw, im using an iphone 5..if u r wondering why im not using the i value 50 is coz i got the phone as a gift from sg...so, ppl who have experience in this please help me out!!! THANKS IN ADVANCE.
