Hi guys, i got my slot on saturday 2PM at capsquare but damn got last minutes urgent meeting on that day, can i come earlier let say 2pm on friday?

Hope it is not as messy as iPhone4 in The Garden previous years from Maxis.
On Saturday (2 days after launch), the queue was so messy.
1) Those who walk in, no booking, queue up similiar line. Only one single line. In the end, Maxis staff filter out all those people and not within the time range.
2) The 9am-1pm batch, still not done at 1pm. Or maybe they come to queue late. Overflow until 2-3pm. Which means the 1-4pm batch, have to wait even much longer. And this drags on to the next batch.

iPhone4S is better at KLCC, as the queue gets cleared fast.

Hope Maxis at CapSquare will have priority lines for those pre-book. I don't want to waste time there due to Maxis failed-logistics or unexpected customer turnout.

Sources close to MalaysianWireless indicated that Maxis ordered the most iPhone 5 units in Malaysia followed by Celcom and DiGi. The estimates are that Maxis ordered more than 100,000 iPhone 5 while Celcom ordered 20,000-40,000 units followed by DiGi with 10,000-20,000 units. Some of the shipments have already arrived in Malaysia.

As for the iPhone 5 Registration of Interest(ROI) which took place few days ago, some 150,000 people registered for Maxis iPhone 5 while we believe less than 50,000 people registered for Celcom iPhone 5. These are huge numbers considering that both Telcos can offer better network experience in terms of voice and data service compared to DiGi.

WTF? Mean MAXIS order eh all sell in capsule so left few peanut units to other state and places? =.=

I thought all maxis users who ROI get email invitation ? Seems most of my fren who ROI got their email today.

I hope this round Maxis will be more prepared.

Well, good self point of view in a wrong topic.
To others who have issues with nano sim, advise is to go to nearest Maxis centre. I had issue after not getting signal and visited to Maxis KLCC as I was queuin for another purchase. I brought my nano sim card serial number together and it has been activated immediately at the counter. No point to call 123 as CS I assume cant activate the sim as it is handled by a different department related to nano sim registration to database.

Just share my experience to tackle this no connectivity issue of Maxis nano sim. Be guided that Maxis really has issue with the nano sim as I did not able to use data last night. It is unacceptable but they will not refund anything to me as they are in the midst of 'improving' the service. Sad.

I see one or two in here trying to impose their "iPhone 5 is boring" views onto everyone. I've been using Apple since the 3Gs through every iteration, and honestly iPhone 5 does nothing for me. But there's always the ones who's buying into their first iPhone, or those eager to upgrade from a 3rd generation. Why pour cold water on them just because you're "oh so wise so technically proficient in gadgets"? Not everyone's a nerd. Let people enjoy their phones.
