I just asked one of the staff in maxis center, they are saying that the launching on 14th November is nationwide,p for maxis center, is it true?

Penang launching quite f*cked up

No notice of earlier launching,
Previously informed customers that only those people with ROI is eligible to purchase but ended up first come first serve basis from 7am

Those with ROI came 9am were informed out of stock... Pissed a lot of customers
