hmm.. if that's so then it might be waived later I supposed..  But for me I'm still abit paranoid about going beyond my data allocation even when maxis have told that they wont charge u for going overboard, not until i saw some proof that that they wont charge us for going overboard..for now I will always check my data usage every now n then..
