Can anyone confirmed that if we signed up for iPhone 5 plan on the launch day, we can get another unit as outright without plan?

If I have already pre-booked the iphone 5 with iValue 1 (iValue Simple was not available then), is it possible to change it to iValue Simple when I go and collect my phone tomorrow?

Plans can be easily changed on the spot tomorrow. But for iphone colour/size should be not so easy, probably not possible.

Maxis really pissed off a lot of their loyal customers with the no stock issues on Friday Capsquare launch event. A lot of people actually went through a lot of hessle to get there and queue up but in the end was told no stock for the model that they have pre-book. Of cause some say Maxis already stated in their email that it is subject to stock availability but the part I don't understand is people already mentioned what model they want in advance, how did Maxis fail to plan the stock accordingly? Excuses like a lot of people buy outright and upgrade last minute was given which are all bullsh*t. If you failed to plan, you plan to fail!

Using data. From internet sources stated average of 3MB data per minute is consumed by Facetime.
