Hi, I just convert my maxis standard plan to ivalue 1 plan on dec 16 for my iphone 4s.
I noticed my unbilled amount was somewhere 30 cents but today rose to RM 1.
I have only sent 1 sms to my sis (017 number) which is a maxis prepaid. I seldom make call and my data usage is only 100 MB.
Now i wonder where was this charges came from? Not that RM 1 is alot but just curious why was I charged RM 1. Is this because of the *136*9*3# which I check frequently.
I already email maxis to check on my billing date and data available for the first month just to be careful but they havent reply me.

Hello,
I want to ask a simple question, probably asked many times by others.
Is EDGE and GPRS considered as data usage included in my ivalue 1 data plan? Meaning those use are covered in my 1G monthly allocation for maxis?
While I was driving on highway to JB, I noticed the network changed to GPRS. Just want to be sure I wont be charged if Il did not exceed my 1G quota.
Thank you.

Hello. Previously i dialed *136*9*3# to check my data usage but this morning i got a reply prompt to topup.
I then mistakenly dialed *136# and i got a reply "perkhidmatan 3g anda kini aktif bla bla bla" and then another message "anda boleh melayari internet dengan 1sen/kb.
Did i screw up? I have ivalue 1 and will i get additional charges because of this?
Apparently maxis change the 136 reply number and reply 1 to check data now.
Thanks.

QUOTE(Aiman131 @ Jan 5 2012, 04:53 PM) Dial *136*9# and then reply base on the menu.
