I'm currently on Value Plus 50 and have supplementary lines on Family Plus 30, calls from main-supp, supp-main, supp-supp are free. If I switch to iValue, will I still able to enjoy free calls with my supplementary lines?
- Yes. With the new revised iValue plans, calls & SMS made to and from your supp lines will remain free. (subjected to Family Plus T&C) (UPDATED)

I read the above statement and feel pretty happy on it but when I called maxis just now I make me disappointed because I am think to switch value plus 80 to iValue and at the same time to upgrade my supp line to value plus internet. However the free calls is not share-able with supp line anymore. basically I dont call much which average per month usage is around 40-60, and my supp is around 50-70. At such I dont see the meaning of switching the plan now which cost me more - 100+30+waste of free usage (so call)....

what solution u guys have in mind? please advise.....switch teco? wink.gif

Why don't you just stick to Value Plus 50 and your Family plus 30?  You can tag an iphone plan to your current value plus 50 plan. They don't subsidize as much but you can get 1 gig of data by paying additional RM48 a month.

Can the 1 g share among d main & supp line?

Unfortunately no.

Maybe you can call maxis and ask whether existing family plus plan can tag-on with Iphone plan. Last time they allow tag-on with Family plus plan with Idata plan.

I believe can... but if I compare 50 Value plus internet with digi 55 iphone plan, the call rate, data, free calls, sms....maxis is totally out. The drawback for digi is the coverage and line stability have to compromise i guess....hey, all telco make money from us only....

You must  understand Maxis customer service for Iphone is very good. If you got a problem with your handset and it's proven not to be your fault, you can get a replacement on the spot (if you are lucky) , but within 1 week you can get it settled already.

After sale service for Iphone is very important.
