MY MAXIS IPHONE4 16GB BLACK STILL UNDER WARRANTY BY MAXIS ~

BUT MY PHONE HAVE PROBLEM = I CAN CALL OUT , AND PPL CAN ANSWER MY CALL , BUT I CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING ~ AFTER I CALL PPL WAN END CALL , THE END CALL BUG STUCK IN THERE , NEED DOUBLE CLICK HOME BUTTON CLOSE PHONE APPS ONLY GONE THE BUG ~ PPL CAN CALL ME , BUT I CAN'T RECEIVED THE CALL (I DONNO WHO IS GOT CALLING ME) , I CAN SMS , AND PPL CAN RECEIVED MY MSG , PPL CAN SMS/REPLY ME , BUT I CAN'T RECEIVED MSG FROM THEM~

THIS PROBLEM CAN WARRANTY/CLAIM?

BUT NOT UNDER MY NAME TO BUY 1 ~ BUT I GOT RECEIPT AND WARRANTY/SERVICE CARD ~

IF I TAKE GO MAXIS , THEM WILL REPLACEMENT NEW IPHONE4 16GB BLACK FOR ME ?

refurbished set iphone ? how say ? sry not pro in phone ~ is its malaysia maxis set iphone too ? how long need wait i can take/claim the replacement iphone ? if replacement iphone still got gv warranty ?

haha , bro , paiseh leh , feel embarrassed , me is maxis user postpaid , still signing last years iphone4s contract ivalue1 ~ i can go queue myself , but now maxis there is can buy phone only ? i don't wan plan ~

or other outlet digi,celcom hv sell phone only? only wan phone nia ~~
