I'm interested to buy iPhone 4S 32GB with iValue 1, 12-month contract.
Before that, some noob questions here, hope you guys answer my questions.... icon_question.gif

The iPhone 4S will be available for purchase at these selected Maxis Centres starting 16th December.

I saw the message above on Maxis website, is it meant that the we can straight away buy the phone (and subscribe one of the iValue plan) from 16th onwards? hmm.gif

I'm currently on a supplementary line. Can I switch to iValue on my own?
- No. You will need to request your principal line subscriber to book on your behalf.

I'm currently on a supplementary line, can I buy the Iphone on behalf of my principal line subscriber instead of principal line subscriber buy/book on behalf of me? wink.gif

Short answer: Yes, iPhone device purchase can be installment.

Long answer: You still need to pay deposit for the contract plan. If follow my last year 32GB 2 yr plan iValue2, need to pay in advance ~RM600 (swipe CC or cash also can).

Then the RM1,390 convert into 24 months = rm57.92 from following month onwards.

Then RM155 + tax + etc. = RM160+ bill per month.
But first four/five month, Maxis will rebate back the RM600 (cannot recall). I think is 5 months, rebate RM120 per month.
= RM160+ - RM120
= RM40+ for the first 5 months.

Note: I do not exceed my calls, sms and data usage.

hi, for now i'd like to take 32GB, iValue1, 12-month contract.
so, i need to pay RM2050+RM200, is it?
then every month just pay RM100+ ?

Supposedly yes, spoke to the Maxis CS rep in the afternoon and he said it would be available at Maxis Centers and dealers....BUT...he also asked me to call again on the 16th itself for confirmation on which places would be selling it.

thanks for your answer....
now need to settle my supplementary line problem before i proceed to buy the phone...
