if you guys are talking about the same roundabout that that i think u are talking about, then i dont think they will do anything at this point of time coz no housing area nearby the roundabout..once the construction reach around that area..then only they will do sumthing about it..at the moment all the housing is at the end of the road..the construction trucks uses the same road as the roundabout right? if they fix it now..it will be damaged very fast as the trucks use the same road

I actually started collecting the information of Spira residences through forum and house by house for RA when we had the issues with the kindergarten for the first time. I have 20+ address with me now.
But there was no volunteer for RA at that time and I kept quiet since I was busy with my work.

Having meetings is fine but it's time consuming and I don't think we can made any good decisions during the meetings if we don't plan in advance what to do.

I have set up a facebook page for Spira and we could have a discussion on RA in there first. When we have something concrete, then we can get a face to face meeting and form a RA right away.

Last year, someone started a gathering/meeting for Spira and not many people showed up. That's the situation of Spira at this moment.

Just went to visit alam impian, I&P development was really slow compare to TTDI, saw there is big yellow kindergarden inside Spira, I thought we cannot have kindergarden or change or use unmatch house color on G&G community??? I think G&G must be strict to keep it uniform in order to enforce high quality G&G.

My neighbor had a snake came into their car porch last month too. The best solution is to keep a dog as it will become an alarm for unwanted guests.

I have a big garden with grass lawn inside my compound but never seen any dangerous creature while I am living in Spira for more than 1 year. Don't change your plan because of finding one snake in Spira.

maybe those are all resellers... but yes if u guys still want to register as a normal package you can.. otherwise u may need to send the application to ttdi rep and attach together the addendum ( letter ) for 50% discount or what ever promo ttdi provided....

i also can process your orders (normal unifi price)..

i guess u had submitted ur application b4 infra is ready..and reseller already keyed in into order sys... if my guess is correct, then its really TM rep call for installation date... thats a normal process.

Just called to TTDI to confirm the discount letter for Unifi. It's confirmed that the letter will be issued to all Spira owners by this week. Can't wait to get the letter and installed Unifi...:)
