based on my experience..no point arguing with bank....even though they late...purchaser will have to pay..developer chased purchaser not bank..bank dont care ..if we make noise and consistently followup (during the progress claimed) with the banks then they pay attention to us...otherwise..merayu sajalah pd developer..

anyone works for any bank...veli2 sorry..thats my experience

can we prepare list of viola owner..just to know my neighbour la...this township still new..need to know everyone surrounding me..so we can help each other if there is any problem.

hi, im also viola owner, but im not sure which typelah...but 22x80..but weird because i havent receive VP letter? i called the SA Syed, he said pending CF from Majlis,...then ask about unifi...unfortunately we dont enjoy free unifi as what new phase like sephira or aquina....so we need to subscribe & paylah.. ...i also want to share some picture of the house after the guard allow to go around ....

Added on June 24, 2012, 2:45 pmi went to the site aquina and sephira and took some photos. i am impressed with sephira, the design is beautiful. especially the corner and end lot, beautiful master bedroom and view. the gates are better design. the car porch flooring is better. see some photos taken today at the site.

Added on June 24, 2012, 8:35 pmi want to ask is it usual that the actual facade ie design and paint different from the photo in the brochure. when we make decision to buy, it was based on the facade in the brochure. here is sephira...r these two the same? in the spa is it mentioned that developer can change facade without informing buyer?

actual ( and looks like dah nak complete..i notice it does not have the batu2 melekat on the facade and it has a separater between two houses belah atas. the cover top floor is siver to me but in brochure it is brown...)
