just to add to my wife's comments:
the house is up for about a year at least already..soil settlement issue should be vague and clearer by now..if im not wrong..kindly advice..anybody having issues of the porch area sinking?i have checked with a neighbor regarding the crack and they said that it hasnt gotten any worse..
