Hi there. All Sephira owners. Those whom have made appointment for VP, have you accepted the house yet? I just got back from my appointment and refuse to accept since the TNB meter is not in yet. They told me it will be in within the next 1-2 weeks.

One main concern is safety of the building after acceptance. Since the parameter fencing and guard house is not up yet, apparently it's another 3 to 3.5 months from now before they are finally up, after VP, in the event of any break in, the developer will not cover for any loses. This is kinda unfair? Is it the same during Viola VP?

Fellow Sephira owners, how are your warranty getting on? I submitted my 2 months ago and now only apparently its done. Called Naza and they asked me to inspect the property by myself and let them know if its acceptable or not. Shouldn't it be a joint inspection??

It should be a joint inspection as told during VP.

I just submitted mine few weeks ago...

They are taking quite some time on the rectification. 2 months instead of 1 month. and they did not even bother to call me when its done. When i call them this morning, they asked me to inspect the house by myself and let them know if i am satisfied or not. only later when everything is done will they make appointment for 'joint inspection' to return the key.

Ya that's how it is. I had to check a few times on my own and repeatedly get the contractor to repair the defects, until all done then collect back the keys

i was under the impression from reading other postings in this forum that naza is quick and efficient when it comes to warranty issues. looks like its not the case at all...

Dear Sephirans,

how are your defects progress so far? The experience had not been good for me. Its been more than 2 months now and the problems are still not being rectified. Worst thing is, it is quite difficult to get hold of the person in charge as well. Any idea on how to overcome this issue?

Met up with a future neighbour over the weekend and he is encountering similar problem as well.

Dear All,

Just want to share with you my experience on how naza ttdi is handling my defects complaint. I have submitted my complaint form before raya, hence its been more than 3 months now! Still not fully rectified.

When i complaint about leak marks, all the contractor did waste to deploy a fresh coat of paint to cover up. Of cause that will not solve the problem, and the leak marks keep reappearing. Basically they are wasting my time. Why don't they just get to the root cause and solve the problem once and for all???

Before purchasing this unit, i was told by various parties that naza is good in terms of after sales service. I can assure you now that that statement is not true. First hand experience. They are slow on their feet (deliberately perhaps?) and does not get to root cause of problem. The person in charge keep changing as well without informing the buyer before hand. Hence, all phone calls goes unanswered. This is really frustrating!

I hope they would improve their after sales service if they wish to sell more units in future.

No particular template but maybe write an email first to the following persons in the property management and customer service. Poor Customer Service.

mohamad.asri@nazattdi.com
Mohd Yusof Saidu Mohammed <yusof@nazattdi.com>,
Muhamad Zaki Muhamad Amir <muhamad.zaki@nazattdi.com>,
Rizalludin Hassan <rizal@nazattdi.com>

TTDI Alam Impian residents must stand united and give them some pressure. They are in fact earning tens or hundreds of millions of dollars from the project.
First Serve - as for your defect lists, you need to follow up closely and if required, ask to meet the contractor together with the customer service person handling the defect issue. Point out each and every defect. Best to mark the problem using a market pen on masking tape and stick it near the problem area, and take photos for your reference and email to the person in charge. Also, when you submit your defect list, make sure that they chop and sign and give you back a copy with received date.

Platingirl.. Yes i have written to two person from the property management department, as per the handbook given. Thank you for the list of names, i shall forward my case to them as well. By now, the contractor would have already painted over all the water marks. I will need to have a joint inspection after a couple of heavy rainy days... definitely the marks will be back.

It will be a shame for them to let such small issue stain their reputation...

Seems like Naza is not taking their buyers seriously at all. Taking their own sweet time in the defects rectification. 3 months and counting. My problems are still not being resolved yet...
