Night shift more expensive and can be charge OT price. My understand for Kemuning Utama rate is cheaper could be due to they have more resident to share the cost. Spira only has ~100 resident and not all is occupied. Unpaid resident not allow to bllock from entering. This will made more difficult to maintain RM20K security fee in that area. Some resident area is implementing 2 entrance. One for paid resident with assess card, the other for unpaid resident or visitors need special register to make them unconvenient. Should be more effective but Spira only has one assess entrance.

Spira design better la, got proper fence. Canting need to setup by community. Other than that, canting is better.

I been visited canting 2 b4. Perhaps u can specifically point out examples which part of interior is deferior compare to spira. but. Do agree that spira is more modern design.

Just a discussion, I will take it easy. I think most peopel here is agree that our Unify price charges is too high compare to neighbor due to monopoly. With more competitors, sonner the rpice will go down and TM UNify is not the best later. I am Pentas supporter but I also happpy to see TTDI have great supporters here build a better AI place.

Sulphur may help. But the snake may go to neighbor. If all spira use same method it may end up at viola, then sehpira in future. The root cause must be fixed, not just prevent.
