Actually I didn't notice that as during VP inspection as going thru the list of basic installation (count fan point, lighting point & so so).

For defect, there is crack tiles in my bathroom, bathroom window cannot be close, some holes and gap need to be touch up & so so..no really finish check everything..

Anyway, there is no electric and water meter yet install and told me will be install within weeks..i cannot test all the electric point and water leaking.. I going to put this in defect list ..

That's a violation of S&P contract as a condition for VP, you can sue them for more late delivery fees 

Did they bribe the VP officer to give the VP clearance even when actually not meeting the VP criteria? 

Yes we are back because this is involve other people safety, children and families.

I deeply regret to inform you that the only way to get the developer attention to the issue at hand (in this case built of fence) is to publicly request and put forward your complain somewhere public where it impacts reputation and possibly bottom line.

On fencing, probably another 4 months..plan was submitted for approval is not G&G...but they will built it later on ..

I met with then Developer rep yesterday to make payment for contractor permit for renovation and had some discussion about my sephira. According to them the guardhouse is currently being built as well as fencing of the whole area which they target to complete by November.That is good news as I intend to move in by December.

Also Unifi is being tested and will be operational by then. Looking positive. 

Behind Zirconia there is a building being constructed and from what I heard is International School and the building is coming up quite fast. This will in future increase our property value.
