Guys, any idea when them meters goin to be installed?
Also, there is a water pump switch in the store room. I asked, and the property management guy said Aquina will have free water pumps installed similar to some phases in Sephira. Not sure if that is true...

Also, about the cheque for LAD; anyone gotten theirs?

LAD case for sephira, the credit control department took around 1.5 to 2 months after VP to check the final balance and issue the cheque. thumbup.gif

No need to climb up, just on the switch, you can feel the water pressure at 1st floor... ada power... brows.gif

Besides water pump, there are also
- 3 Astro points installed (living hall, family hall and master bedroom),
- 2 Unifi points (living hall + family hall)
which I only informed during VP.

We are giving 700K to 900K for a house, not 70K to 90K for a low cost flat... smile.gif

LAD amount is exactly same with formula (10% x S&P price x no. of days / 365)... so I have accepted the amount...
please take note that LAD amount may minus out the Water Deposit, Electric deposit, etc... if you choose to offset the charges with LAD...

for sephira case, LAD cheque is ready for collection around 3 months after VP date...

imho, take key at the house is good since we can check the house with the staff together...

The owner might be staying outstation and ask the agent to rent it and owner not even know who is staying...

Try get the contact and talk to the owner...
