I think important thing is water and electricity. Cannot even start power drill with no electric.
Guys, any idea when them meters goin to be installed?
Also, there is a water pump switch in the store room. I asked, and the property management guy said Aquina will have free water pumps installed similar to some phases in Sephira. Not sure if that is true...

Also, about the cheque for LAD; anyone gotten theirs?

Fellow Sephira owners, how are your warranty getting on? I submitted my 2 months ago and now only apparently its done. Called Naza and they asked me to inspect the property by myself and let them know if its acceptable or not. Shouldn't it be a joint inspection??

Even at my house the Naza contractor is not doing a good job. And they complain that I'm fussy.

Anyone here had taken key for VP - Aquina phase 1E ?

I have just resolved the late interest charge with the lawyer & developer. For the LAD, the amount supposed to reimburse back to me is around RM14K. But they said cant show how they derive or calculate the LAD amount. I found something fishy here. So do you guys just agreed with the LAD amount or still in dispute with the developer?

Sephira LAD delay is only 16 or 18 days

Perhaps u could request Naza TTDI kereta ronda to increase their frequency at Sephira

take key till now also no one call one?

ya I know, normally take key at office then proceed to check house
so that we also familiarize their office set up.

Now for instance that person who handle key to us resigned from duty,
who do we liase then? What about during this 2 years got defect that guy not around
I also don't know who to see.

I am not complaining but I feel different from other developer.

how are your defects progress so far? The experience had not been good for me. Its been more than 2 months now and the problems are still not being rectified. Worst thing is, it is quite difficult to get hold of the person in charge as well. Any idea on how to overcome this issue?

The Persiaran Panglima Hitam road is in very bad condition with cracks and holes along the road. Very dangerous ..

Did any of you complain to the developer? Submitted an aduan to MBSA but they say its under the developer and its complicated because its under 3 developers they told me and they did some minor works but major works not allowed .. not sure what he meant.

I have raised this to Naza TTDI weeks ago but seems like nothing is being done. I hope that all owners will submit their complaints regarding this because its a serious matter ...
