yeah we saw a building being constructed behind viola but dunno what.. sales person told us that they plan to build the school complex together with the rest of the project. Hi all.. wnet to pay d misc fees.. for LAD we hv to write a simple letter as the S&P said upon claim by purchaser. LAD to be counetd from SNP date to deemed VP, e.g my case S&P date 1/6/2010, deemed VP wld be 18/6/2013 (14 days after the notice of VVP 4/6/2013) so total LAD 17 days.. so can est how much developer will hv to pay u. developer will issue a cheque later.. u can actually set off misc fees/late interest penalty with LAD.. u can actually request for waiver for the interest penalty.. haven't set appointment date but will try 1st wk of july.. we also signed MOT form, lawyesr will contact us in 1 -2 wks time.. houses already with indiv title, i learnt that's normal for landed prop..
