To solve this matter I was thinking to put some shade like polycarbonate in between both car porch roof slab area but need cooperation from neighbor.unfortunately my neighbor is an investor

[/quote] Nope, plan to built a water feature there....may be u can try glass roofing, a bit expensive but look classy  . Hi viola owners, any progress on electricity supply? Last week they still doing meter installation. If connection has been made I just want to chk the water pump really functioning or not.
