Maxis or U-Mobile maybe.

1. What's your ISP and package?
2. Speedtest results.

How's the speed in international servers?

can just use the BF3 thread

on topic: i can't do speedtest now.. in office, but using unifi vip5
ping to sg server usually 11-21, 40+ if hosted by hypernia
ping to HK 40+ ~ 90+, ping to japan 90~110+, ping to Aus 90+~200+, ping to US.. not bothered

The only reason u need maxis or U-mobile is that u need to a mobile ISP for you to work around.

If for gaming, please stick to screamyx (sigh)

yea, i use celcom last time. cant play online at all. too damn unstable, use strymx then i can host KF with my buddy in Philippines and US using hamachi. damn stable until unifi came and fucx up the speed and ping....

now changed to unifi, it's quite stable but for for some reason the ping increase by 30-50ms to the usual server that i play...

no idea why.

Thank you for the feedbacks.

I guess stick to Streamyx then sweat.gif

Unifi looks nice but too pricey.

I guess it depends on the servers.

If nearby Malaysia...can get < 200 ping.

It's adamant we get lower ping...bunny hoppers will fail biggrin.gif

At the moment, US server 250 - 300 ping....errr....old BF2142 tongue.gif
Maybe will get a copy of BF3.

Unifi 10 meg, playing at french/german servers didn't really give noticeable lag (that I can feel la, sometimes). Prob is ping they dont show. If got red ping I dont bother to try.

Don't BF3 have 'Detail' section when selecting Multiplayer?
Where we can sort pings, number of players online etc.

BF2142 have.

Actually Im Using P1 too, Well, it depends on day, Sometime it really make u mad like wanna throw the modem from my 4th floor apartment...sometimes its good, ping around 100-300++ LOL...i purposely buy YES for Mobility and Fast for BF3. But, u need to be reaaallly carefull with YES, If You Are A Download Whore..i recomend do not use yes..its expensive. Speetest to SG server was around 60-100 ping...

Don't get Maxis. It's horrible terrible vegetable for gaming unless you wanna slack around with FB/twitter or stuff.

Speed's good, but unable to run youtube effectively with the darn quota there.

Guys if you want serious gaming, Streamyx and Unifi are the way to go. (Very low local ping, decent speed and almost unlimited quota)
