DIGI still charging me rm3 per month for MSN usage, sent MSN to 2016 countless time to cancel but no respond. And just realized DIGI had discontinued all kind of customer service already.

Anyone can help with this?

P.S : 20th Nov contract end, bye bye forever digi.

Yo,
I'm using Digi prepaid. I haven't used it for 3 months and I'm currently overseas. My phone says the SIM card is not registered or something?
How do I reactivate my SIM card and is it possible to do it while i'm overseas?

you can avoid this problem in future by applying Store Reload to your DiGi prepaid account

the stored credit is automatically activated two days before your line is due for termination
