Throttle the speed - these TnC apply to all the Mobile Internet Options :- 7 By subscribing to Mobile Internet, the Subscriber will be enjoying Internet access at 384kbps (3G speed). 8 By subscribing to Mobile Internet, the Subscriber is entitled to a usage of XXXMB during the Subscription Period as stipulated in DiGi's existing Fair Usage Policy. Upon exceeding the fair usage quota of XXXMB, the Subscriber shall continue to enjoy Internet access but with a throttled speed of 64kbps until the end of the Subscription Period.

I am currently under the Ambassador plan. Can I simply port out to other telcos?
I heard from a friend that I need to switch to the normal plan first, only then can port out. Can anyone confirm this?

Guys I'm under iPhone 4 plan, and I'm planning to ask my family to signup the supplementary line under me.
But the problem is my contract ends December, so I assume that if the primary line ends, so does the supplementary lines right?
So is it advisable to signup for the Enterprise plan instead?
The DiGi biz plan is very fuzzy, had to get letter from the director etc., I didn't want that, so I am thinking to get the Enterprise plan instead, which I heard from my friend is much more less fuzzy.

I'm still trying to find out what DiGi's notice on sim card hijacking is actually about. But I don't think it relates to Facebook Zero. All these so-called Zero services (Facebook, DiGiLive, and etc) have limitation that the service is only free for accessing certain web addresses... as soon as you move outside, for example by clicking on a link or an advert, you will be subject to data charges. And you must use digiwap as the APN.
From the FAQ page:
Is Facebook Zero free?
Yes, Facebook Zero is FREE of Internet charges - as long as you surf within the boundaries of the FB Zero site using ONLY the digiwap APN (Access Point Name). Browsing images and videos will incur Internet charges. Similarly, leaving the FB Zero site to the normal Facebook Mobile site (http://m.facebook.com ) will also incur normal Internet charges.

I had a terrible coverage issue ever since the Tomorrow Network upgrade started in my place (March/April) and after I complained to MCMC, they agreed to compensate me for a certain amount and said that the issue has been escalated to their 2nd level. A lady from DiGi head office just called me and said sorry but there is nothing much they could do about it and ask me to transfer to other providers as they do not want me to 'suffer any longer'. How nice! But then, she did mentioned that I can't simply port out as I am in the ambassador plan and I have to switch to the normal plan first only then I could port out.

I complained to MCMC regarding DiGi's coverage issue in my area as well. A lady from DiGi called me and told me that the base tower near my area has been labelled a 'problematic site' and she left me with the option of transferring to other telco. I am under contract with DiGi and she agreed to waive the early termination penalty as a 'token of goodwill' and allow me to switch. Now contemplating which provider should I jump ship to.

I want to ask about DiGi smart plan. It's stated that it's all in one internet and call plan. If I want to subcribe RM68 smart plan, it comes with 3GB/per month. Then what about call plan? It's bundled with how many minutes voice call? Or it's PAYU?
