QUOTE(thistle @ Aug 23 2013, 07:31 PM) I was not told this when I ported over because they gave me a used SIM card and ported over my number into it. So, do I report to SKMM? I argue with DG for two years over their refusing to allow me to switch plan from Best to Easy. In the end, I complain via CFM. And still they refuse. It is just DG policy, so I let my number terminate after that. Maybe you port out to U Mobile to punish DG?

QUOTE(Kr0ll3R @ Aug 24 2013, 06:40 PM) I subscribed to a DiGi Internet package (Prepaid User), what if I used up all the monthly data b4 even reach the renewal date? According to DG website TnC, for the monthly plans speed is throttled to 64kbps after exceeding the quota (unless using Opera Mini, when the max speed remains at 384kbps). QUOTE(thistle @ Aug 28 2013, 07:38 PM) I would take up his offer if Super Long Life was still RM 30 a year. RM 5 a month just to keep your line active is ridiculous! Super Long Life is still available under RM30 per year (for Best plan only). However, you need a minimum RM35 credit balance, or else it will not even appear as a menu option. To off the voicemail: *128# > My Account > Account Settings > Voicemail > Service & Package > Activate MCA Only To off the password: Sorry, I dunno

Yes, only available under the latest Best plan
and you need at least RM35 credit balance
otherwise SLL won't even appear on the menu

QUOTE(Dannyl @ Sep 18 2013, 12:02 PM) My prepaid is expiring tomorrow, right now on limited access (or whatever you call it, can receive calls but not call out). There's RM30+ balance in it. If I want to let it expire, can I transfer my credit out to another one of my DiGi prepaid? How do I do it? Thanks? Expiring or terminating? You cannot transfer credit out if your line is in inactive state (grace period). Any credit remaining will be forfeited upon termination. However, if it is not too late, you could do a mini top up or talktime transfer into your line to reactivate it for a couple days or more. You could then transfer out some of the credit, but I believe at least RM10 must remain. This post has been edited by dgboy: Sep 19 2013, 10:03 PM

I knew about the new short validity of birthday bonus, so this year I only top up RM10 on my birthday. I figured I should be able to burn RM5 bonus within 30 days.
Problem is I forget the another new rule, that minimum top up to qualify is now RM30. So I got nothing. The 10 days validity from the top up already expired, and my line is hibernating again. I'll let DG sweat for a while.

QUOTE(santle @ Sep 27 2013, 12:18 AM) Hi all. Currently I am using Digi Best Hit RM 1. My account balance currently is more than RM 100. But I found that the super long life is only available for RM 5 (30 days). Is it I need to switch to the only new plan (New Digi Best Prepaid) in order to make the 365 days available? Yes, that's right. Once you updated the plan you can choose super long life.

Found out that DG Prepaid upped their RM30 monthly data from 750 MB to 1 GB already. And RM18 monthly from 250 to 300 MB.

DG's problem is less spectrum allocation than the other big telcos.

QUOTE(jacksquat @ Oct 27 2013, 04:15 PM) Hi, i'm using Digi Easy prepaid and I plan to change to nano sim, but there is quite a lot of credit in this current number. Any idea what can I do? no worries, the credit is associated with your account it's not stored in your sim card so change the sim with DG won't affect your credit my answer assumes you're not changing plan or telco This post has been edited by dgboy: Oct 27 2013, 06:19 PM
