Ooo, thanks dude...
So is IDD133 working if my DiGi fren IDD call my DiGi number when i am oversea?
*
Nope, IDD is for calling overseas number only.

And your DG friend roaming overseas will pay alot $$$ for receiving call from anyone.

But receive sms while roaming is normally free.

Currently mother on a prepaid plan registered under my name. Thinking of converting it to postpaid supplementary account under my principal. Possible? What's the cheapest supplementary plan? Internet and SMS not required, only need calls. Thanks.

Yup, if it's under ur name then u can convert to a supp line under ur name. Cheapest is RM28 per mth for 100mins of voice calls, 100 sms and 20 mms...free calls to principle for 100hrs per mth, 3800 sms and 3800 mms.

Thanks! Does this involve a change of SIM card? What's this plan called? Will the prepaid credit be forfeited?

Yup need to change from a prepaid SIM to postpaid SIM. It's called DG Postpaid Plus Family. Whatever credit that u have in the current prepaid acc it will be transferred to the new postpaid acc to offset the bills. Hope this helps smile.gif

recently tested out digi's hsdpa internet speed can get ranging from 3.5mbps to 7.5mbps for rm48 package...this was tested on both of my friends who subscribe to the smartplan recently. however, i had been subscribe the package since last year but disappointed when my speed only averages from 300kbps- 1.5mbps. both phones, same model testing in same area shows different result comparing mine and friend's one. wonder is there any different for new customer whom sign up. doh.gif any one of you have recently tested the speed of digi internet?

See I told you, the new customers get all the best things from DiGi.

BTW, the Nexus 4 page. It stated RM899** , which would mislead people thinking only paying RM899 for the phone. Instead, the RM899** is the price of the phone after savings? What the? Trying to copy what Celcom is doing? I rather you don't do it this way man.

I guess the sales are slow for the Nexus 4, they come up with all sorts of gimmick and stuffs for it. I mean, who would want a LG anyways? RM1499? For a LG? Not today brother. You're not taking my money LG / DG.

IMO, new customer will get a new range of SIM cards' IMSI eg 5021612345xxxxx
and they only put this range of IMSI number to their latest network equipment (watever it is) which (of coz) is higher capacity of DL UL

I know this becoz xxxxs also doing this for iphone 5 customers ONLY

yeap, download speed now can reach 10mbps if you can, i am old customer but i manage to get the speed also (but limited time)
BTW, can you ask your fren to test again the speed whether the upload is 3xxkbps or 1.xmbps smile.gif
if it is 3xxkbps, then sorry ur fren still using HSDPA
if it is 1.xmbps, then DiGi HSPA+ network coming SOON icon_rolleyes.gif

my smart plan 88 speed... ohmy.gif
