I still dun have any info abt DG's LTE offerings, however you can take some que from Maxis LTE pricing here

Maxis LTE , packages >rm88/mth will be LTE enabled in some locations in the Klang Valley now

I m now under idigi138 n contract expired at middle of January. Wonder I can get iPhone 5 package 1 week earlier with idigi 88? Since no in mlaysia after middle of jan til feb. they provide extend contract like maxis? In fact stil think wanna stay with digi 2 years r jus jump ship to maxis... Susah..

Yes, u can renew/recontract with DiGi before ur contract expiry with no penalty charges.

Dissapointed with Digi nexus 4 offerring. Only for rm88 plan with 24 month contract.

It's RM68 per month for 8GB. Plus if you subscribe to auto billing then you get RM5 off each month, which means commitment is RM63 per month for 8GB.

no, it is rm63 before u auto Billing and
it is rm58 if u have auto billing.

this is different with the rm20 rebate last year.

The RM58 is for the first 6 months only. After that is RM63 per month.

So if pay bill by cash monthly commitment is RM63 also then right?

True. If not mistaken, the Nexus 4 is exclusively for DiGi right? I mean other telcos don't offer the phone. So that's why they can set the price so high since the others are not competiting in price.

But then again from a different point of view, for heavy users. RM63 for 8GB quota is value already.

Hello guys, I need some enquiries for DG smartplan 68

recently i just sign up with DG wonder bargain for Sony Xperia S with DG smartplan 68 5GB. I was Maxis user before, so the MNP process is done, my DG line is activated, and the payment for the phone is also done.

The problem is, when i dial *128#>My Account>Call Plan, it shown out:
Call Plan : DG Smartplan
Internet Package: Data Pay-as-You-used

So i call the help line, the people said i am in the 5Gb plan already and i can just surf with the quota. However, after some internet surfing, i check my unbilled amount through *128#, it become rm35.72, i didn't much call at all!

Then i check the DG OCS site for the detailed unbilled transaction, mostly the unbilled amount is on Internet GPRS. After i checked, the rate is counted by the Data Pay-as-You-used, which is 10 sens per 10kB.


So i call help line again, the people tell me this is the first month, they cannot see any unbill item for me, but they say i am in the 5GB plan, after i get the first bill then i can call them for the charges. He also tell me the unbilled is not the exact amount, i can ignore it and keep my surfing. My 2nd month will not be in the Data Pay-as-You-used.


Is this true? is it because of 1st month from Maxis to DG problem? if i keep surfing, i think the unbilled amount might increase to sky high value, or maybe will get barred.

hai i am existing user of Dg smart plan 68. not on contract..call plan is Dg smart plan, but internet show : unlimited internet 68...but fyi, i changed the plan in 2010.....hope this help...if payu on data, max charge rm240...may be yr setting is wrong in Dg system..

Hi bro,

this issue might be something wrong with your plan in DiGi system. I have similiar problem before this, they say it is something like a wrong tagging with your plan in their system.

call their CS and ask them to check your plan properly. hope this help. icon_rolleyes.gif

checked today and current my Call plan is DG Smart Plan, Internet is Mobile Internet Month 5GB Promo. Finally they updated the system and no more extra charges on my unbilled amount. The system is too slow.

I will call them after get the first payment for waiving the unbilled amount counted for the Pay-as-You-Use.

Got sms from DigiRewards, says that I'm able to renew/upgrade my contract plan early and able to buy new phone. But when I tried to buy online, it said I'm still under contract and need to walk in to nearest digi center and pay penalties for early termination before can purchase new phone...

Is the offer only valid for walk in?
