QUOTE(jun_ng_1208 @ Apr 7 2014, 04:25 PM) did u ask if ur account is LTE activated? and if you are under LTE coverage? My office is at ICON jalan tun razak but i still get 0 bar of LTE by forcing it, getting 6mbps speed due to i only can get 0.2mbps with 3g... you may try to force ur phone to LTE only, mean the phone will either has LTE signal or out of service. You can try *#*#4636#*#* for android to force it This post has been edited by prosibu: Apr 7 2014, 04:57 PM |

QUOTE(dddbbb @ Apr 7 2014, 09:41 PM) so far i think in terms of LTE coverage Maxis the best.. I still hope digi more to its 3G expansion than 4G as 3G revenue contribute more than 4GMaxis > Celcom > Digi digi still slow upgrading their LTE coverage its 3G is 3-4 years behind competitors and now only catching up while 4G is 6 months drag... but in terms of speedy i still vote for celcom to be the fastest That is good that at least it deploy 4G at those congested mall eg. midvalley, 1U (although maxis n celcom already did that for most of the Klang valley's malls |

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Apr 7 2014, 11:41 PM) maxis all the place you mentioned maxis have 4G usually can get 13mbps to 30mbps. Digi upgrade takes too long and even you get signal might be weak. maxis is different.... it has launched the LTE so early...![]() right now u guys should get >100mbps for samsung new phones as it already has implemented cat4 LTE 30mbps consider very very slow for maxis users ad.. but my bro getting 3mbps for his imaxis plan at certain places... too congested.... currently around 300k LTE maxis users this is what i get at kl sentral for digi LTE ![]() |

QUOTE(jun_ng_1208 @ Apr 9 2014, 09:23 AM) Had a tasete of the LTE after forcing 'LTE only' on my Nexus 5 yesterday Lol, digi coverage always need to have femg shui location one..![]() But coverage is REALLY bad...eventhough my office is within the coverage area as stated by DiGi themselves but totally zero signal... Btw, they have to wait government approval to use 1800mhz for lte, that is why the coverage sux... I also dun think umobile lte coverage will be nice as they also using 2600mhz. Btw, dun force to lte only when u working/business Lte cannot received call and perform ussd or maybe sms also... This post has been edited by prosibu: Apr 9 2014, 11:23 AM |

QUOTE(cruel_boy @ May 28 2014, 10:25 AM) Im currently on DG 50 call plan, using for the past 6 years. And also using maxis 68 broadband on another phone. Total spending 130 monthly for call and data. DiGi 3G coverage has improved alot since 2013...Is the DG smartplan 138 worth subscribing? Xiomi Mi3 is FOC with no advance payment on 2 year contract. Seriously considering this, but worried about digi data coverage. But it still depends on where is ur location/office/house/shopping area so u can only subscribe for 2 years contract. BTW, DiGi has many IBC (in building coverage) which is owned by its own within KV major shopping mall: Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Fahrenheit 88, Lowyat, MidValley, 1U, sunway If u want 4G, better go maxis.. |

QUOTE(Belphegor @ Nov 18 2014, 05:24 PM) Hey guys, I am in the midst of changing my telco from Maxis to Digi and I am currently using Xiaomi3. Just wondering any Digi user are using Mi3 as well having any reception issue? I using maxis currently and I am having some reception problem when I am in my working place. :/ Since Maxis reception is stronger than Digi, not sure if is a wise choice for me to change it to Digi. Maxis reception is better than DiGi?Can any Digi user with Mi3 advice me on this? EDIT: Please quote me when replying my question cause I hardly check this thread. Thank you. What judgement you use for it? We do know the coverage is always depends on your location.... Tell us what you want? 3G?4G? location of your house/work space/leisure spot during weekend etc....? Maxis only superior on those places monopolized by itself... if you are on the spot, better stay with maxis, or go for celcom |
