Is it me or there is something wrong with the Data Usage? Usage is much higher on my phone than what is shown on the MyDigi App.

Is there any possibility that we can downgrade our data plan? I have just subscribe to the Smartplan 98 2 months back and now they have the Smartplan 75 with 7gb data and unlimited calls!

Why does Opera Max have an App Pass for WhatsApp?  I thought WhatsApp traffic is already not counted towards the metered data allowance?

OK, makes sense now, but DiGi should be more explicit in what is covered and not covered by "Unlimited Whatsapp".

DiGi had very narrow 3G spectrum and this crippled DiGi's ability to improve their 3G service quality. That's why they had been putting a lot of effort on expanding LTE coverage

I've change my digi prepaid to postpaid, i was wondering how do I check my balance? as i have about Rm69 credit in my prepaid and i've received message that i was deducted RM55 but i paid 45.70 at digi centre..

As for the wechat whatsapp and opera mini is unlimited. Does the unlimited cover sending / receiving video audio ?
And does the quota show on digi app include wechat whatsapp and opera ?

1) If  the Digi Best Prepaid  (new best prepaid v2) or Digi Smart Prepaid users run out their Internet Quota (Mobile Internet Add-ons) ,  can they use the "Google Play Store Direct Billing" with FREE basic Internet of the plan?

2) if  the Digi Best Prepaid  (new best prepaid v2) or Digi Smart Prepaid users  DIDN'T signed-up any mobile internet add-ons , can they use the "Google Play Store Direct Billing" with FREE basic Internet  of the plan?
